To place an order you need to call us at 276-733-2284 or email us at bob@blueridgeheartpinefloors.com. We then need to get some information from you about the type of flooring you want and the dimensions of it. We can help you through the process of deciding all the details. We will fax or email you a contract for your order showing all the details and itemized costs.

You can look at this and be sure everything is correct, then sign and return a copy with your deposit to guarantee your flooring order until shipping arrangements are made. A deposit of 35% is required at the time of your order and the balance is due before the order is shipped or picked up.
